Showcasing Our Community.

 
 

Our communication vehicles would show the communities we serve the value offerings found in the services NBPA has for their residents.  We will be developing a Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM). It would be used become more effective at showing the effectiveness of NBPA’s community development efforts.

We will establish an ongoing means of listening to the voice of the communities & youth served.  Such effort would result in determining what would be communicated in order to speak the language of those we serve.   We ultimately want to build meaningful bridges to our communities in order to develop a safer, friendlier and more wholesome neighborhood environment.  

NBPA needs to develop relationships with outside service organizations to better serve our neighborhoods.  And finally, NBPA needs to develop relationships with outside academic & educational organizations to better serve our youth.
